STUDIO DANCER REGISTRATION

REGISTRATION IS CLOSED
FOR ALL CLASSES EXCEPT THE SPRING SESSIONS OF REC DANCE AND *ACRO-DANCE. 

REGISTRATION UPDATES:

SPRING REC DANCE: REC 1 – 4:30 class is closed, REC 1 – 3:45 class is open. REC DANCE 2 is open.

ACRO-DANCE: registration closes the first week in February; however, there is a waitlist for all three entry level Acro classes. As students complete the skills required for that class and move along, spaces will open up. If you would like to add your dancer’s name to the waitlist, fill out the form below. 

 
This form is for dancers that are taking Studio classes (Acro-dance, Ballet, Contemporary or Recreational) without a Company class (Adore, Declare, Praise, etc.). If you are a Company dancer, and would like to add on additional classes, you can do that via the Company registration form.
Steps to securing your dancer’s spot in Studio classes:
  1. Fill out the Registration Form and Waiver below and click submit.
  2. Pay the registration fee.
    All studio families are required to pay an annual registration fee of $30 ($25 cash/check). This covers all siblings and all classes they take. You will need to pay the registration fee as soon as possible to guarantee your dancer’s spot in class. Note that you will be placed on a waitlist if the class fills up before we receive your registration fee. *The registration fee is non-refundable. 
    • If only registering for one session of REC DANCE, fee is $20 ($15 cash/check)
  3. You will receive a confirmation email when your dancer’s spot is secured.

FAMILY INFORMATION:

Read the following items carefully before agreeing.

DROP-OFF PROTOCOL: Dancers may be dropped off 10 minutes before class begins and picked up within 10 minutes of classes ending. If your dancer is taking multiple classes and has a wait in between, please make sure they are prepared to remain busy and non-disruptive. Disruptive dancers will lose the right to wait without a parent present.
COMPLETING THE DANCE SEASON: By registering your dancer, you are committing to finishing the dance season for all registered classes. If you do drop out of any class and would like to register for that class in a future season, you will be required to pay the entire year’s class fee up front (non-refundable) to secure your spot.

If I cannot be contacted, I authorize Grace Christian Dance Company, LLC to seek medical services in case of serious injury or illness. I further agree to accept financial responsibility in excess of the benefits allowed by my health plan.
I am aware that participating in any dance classes and acrobatic dance/tumbling (acro-dance) involves inherent risks and hazards. I freely accept and fully assume all such risks, dangers, and hazards and the possibility of bodily or personal injury, property damage, or loss resulting from such risks and hazards. I voluntarily agree to release Grace Christian Dance Company, LLC, Grace Christian Dance Company, LLC’s employees/volunteers/contractors and Danielle Black from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury or expense that I or my next of kin, successors or dependents may suffer or incur as a result of participation in classes, camps, demonstrations, performances or athletic activity due to any cause whatsoever.
I understand that Grace Christian Dance Company, LLC, Danielle Black, Grace Christian Dance Company, LLC employees, volunteers and/or contractors will not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen property.
I also hereby grant Grace Christian Dance Company, LLC permission to use my/my child’s likeness in photographs and videos. These images may appear on gracechristiandance.com, Facebook, Instagram or any promotional materials used in association with Grace Christian Dance Company, LLC. The students’ names and personal information will not be printed. I understand and agree that these images will become the property of Grace Christian Dance Company, LLC and I hereby irrevocable give permission for Grace Christian Dance Company, LLC to edit, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute these images for any lawful and moral purpose.
