TUITION

STUDIO CLASSES

Studio tuition may be paid monthly.

Students who withdraw from a studio class before completing the season are not eligible to return within the same season. If they would like to return in a subsequent season, the full-year’s tuition must be paid at the time of registration and is non-refundable.

Studio classes are: Acro-Dance, Ballet, Contemporary, Recreational, and Pre-Company. If you are a Company dancer adding on any of the above studio classes, please refer to the Company Dancer Tuition section.

ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE:

This non-refundable fee is due upon registration. Your daughter’s place in the class is secured only once the fee has been paid.

First Studio dancer – $30 ($25 cash/check)
Each additional sibling enrolling in a studio class – $5

For Recreational Classes, the registration fee above applies once per dancer, whether they take one session or both.

TUITION:

30 minute classes – $45/month ($40 cash/check)
45 minute classes – $50/month ($45 cash/check)
60 minute classes – $55/month ($50 cash/check)

SHOWCASE FEE:

First dancer – $30 ($25 cash/check)
Each additional sibling – $10

The showcase fee is due with March tuition. Showcase tickets are $5 each and are available at the studio the first week in May.

ALL CLASSES

TUITION LATE FEE

Tuition is due by the 7th of every month. There is a fee assessed to late tuition:

Paid on day 8-14: $5 late fee
Paid on day 15-21: $10 late fee
Paid on day 22 and beyond: $15 late fee

If you are having financial difficulty and need to delay payment, please discuss this with us ahead of time.

If your dancer is absent on tuition payment week, please plan on mailing it in (address in dancer portal) or paying online.

Tuition can be paid onsite by cash or check at a discounted rate. You can also mail your payment by the 7th of each month.

DISCOUNTS

SIBLING: First enrolled dancer, in the immediate family, pays full price. Each additional sibling is discounted $5 off each installment payment.

MULTIPLE CLASSES: If the same dancer would like to take an additional studio class, there is a discount.

STUDIO DANCERS: $45/ month per class ($40 cash/check)
COMPANY DANCERS: $30/ month per class ($25 cash/check). If participating in the Studio Showcase, see Studio Showcase Fee above. Note that in May-August, when GCDC Company Classes are not offered, regular tuition rates apply.

STUDIO CASH CARDS: You can earn Studio Cash Cards—usable toward any studio expenses, including tuition—in the following ways. The Studio Cash Card expires the September after being issued.

ALL DANCERS: GCDC grows through your referrals! As a thank-you, you will receive a $10 Studio Cash Card for each new family you refer who completes the dance season. The new family must list you as their referral on their registration form. The Studio Cash Card may be used toward any GCDC expenses, from snacks and water bottles to tuition and fees. Cards expire the following September after being issued and will not be replaced if lost. Studio Cash Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
COMPANY DANCERS: A partial refund of your dancer’s show fee is available if the parent steams their dancer’s costume by March 31. Details will be provided closer to that date. If your account has any outstanding fees, they will be deducted before the Studio Cash Card is issued and will not be replaced if lost.

COMPANY CLASSES

Company tuition is on a yearly basis that can be broken down into monthly installments.

ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE:

This fee includes the annual Company t-shirt. If your dancer is taking additional studio classes, no further registration fees are required. This fee is non-refundable and is due at the time of registration. Your daughter’s spot in the class is not reserved until the fee has been paid.

First Company dancer – $45 ($40 cash/check)
Each additional Company or Studio sibling – $25 ($20 cash/check)

TUITION & SHOW FEES:

ADORE

45 minute class, 1 class/week: $335 ($315 cash/check)
7- payment option: $50/month ($45 cash/check). Please note that no tuition is due in December. The only payment due is the Showcase fee.
$105 Showcase Fee ($100 cash/check), $25 is refundable*

DECLARE & REVERE

60 minute class, 1 class/week: $370 ($350 cash/check)
7- payment option: $55/month ($50 cash/check). Please note that no tuition is due in December. The only payment due is the Showcase fee.
$105 Show Fee ($100 cash/check), $25 is refundable*

PRAISE, PROCLAIM & TESTIFY

90 minute class, 1 class/week: $555 ($525 cash/check)
7- payment option: $80/month ($75 cash/check). Please note that no tuition is due in December. The only payment due is the Showcase fee.
$105 Show Fee ($100 cash/check), $25 is refundable*

ACCLAIM & EXALT

90 minute class, 1 class/week: $555 ($525 cash/check)
7- payment option: $80/month ($75 cash/check). Please note that no tuition is due in December. The only payment due is the Showcase fee.
$155 Show Fee ($150 cash/check), $50 is refundable*

GLORIFY

90 minute class, 1 class/week
45-60 minute classes, 3 classes/week (Acro, Ballet and Leaps & Turns)
September-April, $1090 ($1050 cash/check)
7- payment option: $160/month ($150 cash/check). Please note that no tuition is due in December. The only payment due is the Showcase fee.
$155 Show Fee ($150 cash/check), $50 is refundable*
Season runs September-August. Glorify dancers are required to purchase a summer class pass for technique and acro. The price is not included in price above.

HONOR

90 minute class, 1 class/week
60 minute classes, 2 classes/week (Acro and Ballet)
September-April, $905 ($875 cash/check)
7- payment option: $130/month ($125 cash/check). Please note that no tuition is due in December. The only payment due is the Showcase fee.
$155 Show Fee ($150 cash/check), $50 is refundable*
Season runs September-August. Honor dancers are required to purchase a summer class pass for technique and acro.

WORSHIP

90 minute class, 1 class/week
60 minute class, 1 class/week (Ballet)
September-April, $725 ($700 cash/check)
7- payment option: $105/month ($100 cash/check). Please note that no tuition is due in December. The only payment due is the Showcase fee.
$155 Show Fee ($150 cash/check), $50 is refundable*
Season runs September-August. Worship dancers are required to purchase a summer class pass for technique.
